Our accessibility pod is suitable for a range of accessibility needs, offering level entry, wide doors and at least 1.5m turning circles where you really need them.
There is also an external 2m covered
canopy, which provides a place to take in
the fresh air and views.
Wheelchair Friendly
The layout of this pod allows space for turning a wheelchair and access to the bedroom and bathroom via wider doors to make your stay as comfy as possible.
Adaptable layout
The kitchen units and sockets are all wheelchair user friendly. We are able to adapt the space so that hoists and other equipment can be accommodated.
Large Wetroom
The accessibility pod has an extra large wet room so that users can move around it freely. Lifting equipment can be added to assist users in the shower room.
Complete with stylish wet
room and custom-built kitchen, the accessibility pod can accommodate for up
to 4 people. It incorporates heavy-duty vinyl click- lock flooring, perfect for wheelchairs and unsteady walkers.
The pod includes electrical sockets & USB
ports, thoughtfully positioned for all
accessible needs.

Kitchen Area
This includes a solid worktop, 2 ring hob, combination oven, fridge with freezer compartment and under mount sink. Finished in your paint colour of choice.
Shower Room
Designed to maximise the space the shower room has a basin, vanity unit and WC with shower panel for ease of cleaning and maintenance.
Keeping You Cosy
Making your pod comfy and cosy means all our pods are fitted with electric panel heaters, double glazing in all windows and doors and hyco electric water heaters.
Stay Connected
Connectivity is essential so all our pods are fitted with electricity via standard 240v internal mains sockets, wall mounted smart televisions and wifi/wired internet points.
Exterior Finish
Canexel cladding is a zero maintenance option for the pod exterior & comes in a number of colours. If you would like your pod to age with you, Siberian Larch can be used instead.
Roof tile finish
Our experience has refined our choices of roof tile finishes to 3 colours of lightweight Britmet roof tiles; in grey, brown or green. All our roof tile finishes come with a 40 year guarantee.
