Our luxury Apartment Pods are like a home. With multiple configurations available, measuring from 7.0m x 3.0m; they come with options of additional sections and/or an additional overhang for hot tubs, covered seating and/or BBQ area.

Spacious kitchen area
An incredible open plan kitchen, eating and living space. Incorporate a kitchen island, dining table, cosy sofas as well as a wood burner.
Panoramic glass front
This pod makes the best use of natural light with wide glass doors, bathing the living area in sunlight.
Large porch area
This extra space is an invaluable shelter to house a hot tub, outdoor bath, seating and bbq or just protect you from the elements.
A twist on the more conventional ‘pod’, our bespoke Apartment Pods feature a curved wood interior, entered from an arched doorway.
It is warm and cosy to protect against the elements and yet light and airy. The pod interior is accessed via a spectacular large undercover deck area.
Exclusive luxury requests such as a woodburner, kitchen island or dishwasher can easily be accommodated.

Kitchen Area
This includes a solid worktop, 2 ring hob, combination oven, fridge with freezer compartment and under mount sink. Finished in your paint colour of choice.
Shower Room
Designed to maximise the space the shower room has a basin, vanity unit and WC with shower panel for ease of cleaning and maintenance.
Keeping You Cosy
Making your pod comfy and cosy means all our pods are fitted with electric panel heaters, double glazing in all windows and doors and hyco electric water heaters.
Stay Connected
Connectivity is essential so all our pods are fitted with electricity via standard 240v internal mains sockets, wall mounted smart televisions and wifi/wired internet points.
Exterior Finish
Canexel cladding is a zero maintenance option for the pod exterior & comes in a number of colours. If you would like your pod to age with you, Siberian Larch can be used instead.
Roof tile finish
Our experience has refined our choices of roof tile finishes to 3 colours of lightweight Britmet roof tiles; in grey, brown or green. All our roof tile finishes come with a 40 year guarantee.
